Bodybuilder Tom Venuto’s Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle program has been hailed by Oprah as being honest about what it takes to lose weight. Venuto is a 7-time Mr. Natural Bodybuilding Champion and has been a trainer, gym manager, and fat loss coach for over 20 years. While studying in college for his degree in exercise science, Venuto came across a study conducted by William H. Sheldon.
